Reservations can be made online via our website and are confirmed upon receipt of a valid confirmation notice from Elite24.
- Displayed rates include applicable taxes and service fees as standard.
- Full payment or required deposit must be completed before check-in.
- Payment cards must be valid and held by the booking guest or legally authorized.
3. Customer Rights & Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking.
- Present valid identification (National ID or Passport) upon check-in.
- Adhere to accommodation rules and property respect guidelines during stay.
4. Elite24 Rights & Commitments
- Ensure delivery of confirmed room type and standard amenities.
- Safeguard payment details and personal guest data.
- Provide 24/7 dedicated support throughout your stay.
5. Limitation of Liability
Elite24 shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from third-party technical failures or force majeure circumstances beyond reasonable control.
6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Da Nang City under Vietnamese law.
