Check-in & Check-out Policy

1. Standard Check-in & Check-out Times

• Standard Check-in Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) daily.
• Standard Check-out Time: Prior to 12:00 (12:00 PM) noon daily.

2. Check-in Procedures & Requirements

Upon arrival, guests are kindly requested to present:

• Valid national ID card or Passport of all staying guests.
• Booking Confirmation code issued by Elite24 via email or SMS.
• A refundable security deposit (if applicable for long-term apartments) in cash or credit card pre-authorization.

3. Early Check-in & Late Check-out Policy

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability upon arrival and may incur additional charges:

• Check-in before 06:00 AM: 100% of one-night room rate.
• Check-in between 06:00 AM – 10:00 AM: 50% of one-night room rate.
• Check-in between 10:00 AM – 14:00 PM: Free of charge if clean rooms are available.
• Late check-out between 12:00 PM – 15:00 PM: 30% surcharge of one-night room rate.
• Late check-out between 15:00 PM – 18:00 PM: 50% surcharge of one-night room rate.
• Late check-out after 18:00 PM: 100% of one-night room rate.

4. Check-out Procedures

• Please return key cards to the front desk reception before 12:00 noon.
• Our staff will conduct a quick room inspection.
• Settle any incidental expenses (minibar, laundry, airport transfer) and receive back deposit funds.

5. Complimentary Luggage Storage

Elite24 provides secure complimentary luggage storage at the front desk if you arrive early before check-in or wish to explore Da Nang after checking out.
